Shed weight your salad dressing!

Salad dressings range from non-fat sour cream rather than the regular, extremely rich mayonnaise.

Waldorf Salad

20Oz green beans, washed and drained
10Oz can of low-fat, low-sodium cream of mushroom soup
¼ tsp black pepper, ground
1 onion, sliced into thin rings
¼ cup walnuts, chopped
2tbsp Mozerella
1½ tbsp breadcrumbs

Toss the green beans and soup sprinkled with pepper in a large bowl. Coat a casserole dish with cooking spray, arrange this mix in it and place it in the pre-heated oven. Put the onion rings at the top, garnish with walnuts, cheese and breadcrumbs. Bake till golden brown.

Go sugar-free

Add sugar-free sweeteners for your sauces. Give a dash of spice for many years, for example cinnamon, cloves and ginger and you may relish the great taste without having to be upset about increasing your own body’s sugar content!

Cranberry Sauce

2 cups cranberries
2 cups water
2/3 cup sugar-free sweetener
3″ cinnamon stick
¼ tsp cloves, ground
¼ tsp ginger, ground

Boil every one of the ingredients in a saucepan and cook approximately 45 minutes on low heat till thick. Mash the cranberries and refrigerate.
