Lose Weight Fast by Exercise

Many of us perceive it to be such a difficult task that we take drastic measures to see results instantly and consequently we make it much difficult for ourselves. The most popular way of losing weight is to cut down diet and switch to low carb diets.

Low carb diets help in losing weight. The main problem, however, associated with it is that it robs the body of many essential nutrients and causes weakness and fatigue. In addition to this low carb diet also involves lower ingestion of dietary fiber that causes regular constipation. All this in turn affects our work and our social life.

Weight should be lost using healthier ways. Instead of heavily cutting our diets we should run, jog and sleep to become thin. The simplest way to lose weight suggested by many in terms of an equation is “running=getting thin” because running burns calories. Of course someone who has never been running should not start right away by running miles. This will not only discourage you but will also result in a decline in your fitness level.

The extra pounds cannot be lost in a blink of an eye; the trick is to make small changes day by day so that your body can easily adapt to the changes. Start by running up and down your stairs on the way from home to office and office to home. Avoid using lifts or escalators and instead use stairs in malls and other places you go. Leave the bus a stop earlier and walk the rest of the way. Go for a jog every morning or evening and slowly increase your mileage. Do not increase your mileage by more than 10% a week. Avoid using cars and jog to the nearby stores or places. This will slowly but surely help in losing weight.
