Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Everyone knows this but many fail to see its importance. You have to keep in mind that from breakfast until lunch, you only go 5 to 6 hours between the two meals. The same can also be said with lunch and dinner. However, for most people, more then 12 hours pass between dinner and breakfast which is why this meal is so important to ensuring you have the necessary energy to handle what the day has in store for you.

With that being said, for those who are trying to loose weight, it is still imperative that a healthy breakfast is eaten each and every single morning. However, to prevent the possibility of more fat being stored up after ever meal, low carb breakfasts should be the number one choice.

It is important to reiterate that carbs can be either good or bad. But they none the less play an important role in one’s daily life. The good carbohydrates help our blood top clot, our immune system to fight off diseases and infections as well as helps out reproductive system stay fertile. The bad carbs on the other hand, which are the ones you need to avoid, are the ones whose sole purpose is to aid in the storage of energy. Energy storages and fat storages are the same thing as the body stores its energy in the form of fat because of the length of time it can be kept in case it is needed.

Since breakfast is the first meal anyone eats in the day, as well as being the only meal with such a long extended period since the previous meal, there is a greater chance that the body will store up fat. So in the morning, make sure you are eating a low carb breakfast to help prevent more fat from being stored in your body.
