When you have already analyzed and talked to experts and successful dieters about low carb diets, you can now begin getting ready your low carb list of foods for the 1st two weeks. These are some foods you can include in your list.
For meats and fish, you can pretty much eat just about anything, but confirm it has 0 carb. But the point here is not excluding meat from your low carb diet.
Vegetables are also important in your diet and is going to be a major part of your low carb list of foods. Eat broccoli, cauliflower, asparagus, eggplant, celery, brussel sprouts, cabbage, lettuce, radishes, spinach, cucumber, and many more. Eating carefully is the key. Avoid peas, corn, and potatoes.
It’s okay to eat fruits, especially berries, but do not make them the center of your diet.
During the 1st two weeks, it is better to drink less milk. See how your body will react. If it’s OK, continue doing that. But if you adore milk, you can try skim milk. Some dairy products are OK as long as they’re low carb. You can check on packages or labels to know if they have low carb. To get protein, it’s also good to eat one egg or two a day, so add them to your low carb list of foods.
You can eat a few these. Instead of chewing on pretzels and cookies which are high in carb, try these great treats and you may discover they are as savory and enjoyable as your usual high carb snacks.
So as you can see, it should be quite easy to create your own low carb list of foods that you can eat on your diet. When you have it, just be sure to stick to it and your diet should be a successful one.
